In celebration of Deltarune's Second Chapter Release, this is a free Vtuber Model of Ralsei! A fully rigged Live2D model, fit for use in Vtube Studio is included, along with the PSD parts and Live2D files for editing.

You are free to animate this model and alter it as you wish, provided you follow the guidelines of the license attached.
